This is a great option for both new and experienced runners. This package includes all of the above mentioned services. You will receive weekly individualized training plans throughout the month without the long term commitment.

This package is a great opportunity to commit to reaching your goals by dedicating yourself to 6 months worth of training. It also affords you the chance to save a few dollars.

Hey Jennifer, I myself am a fully employed father of five. If there’s anything I've learned, it's that these training plans only work if they're flexible. Missed days here or there, will not make or break your training. Life happens. That’s where athlete/coach communication is important!
